Two months to go.
Two months from today I start digging out.
The biggest challenge is to remember that I’m digging out right now. Live in the present, aim to the future. I didn’t do so hot in getting as much accomplished today as I had last week. It’s tough to suck it in and accept that it’s okay to have off time.
Good stuff is happening, all the really horrible crap is behind me. Now it’s just picking up an instrument and finding the joy of playing again.
Two months. I’ll try to remember to dig this one up then.
